RefOps ("the app") is designed for volleyball coaches to generate reffing/work-list schedules for their teams. Your privacy is simple to explain because the app keeps your information on your own device.

Information we collect

None. RefOps does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

• No user accounts and no sign-in.
• All data you enter — team names, player names, jersey numbers, and generated work lists — is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData).
• No analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party services.
• No connection to any server we operate. It works fully offline.

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features on your device. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share a work list using the iOS share sheet (for example, by text message or printing) — in which case it is handled by the app or service you select, not by us.

Data deletion

You can delete any team, player, or saved work list at any time within the app. Deleting the app from your device removes all of its stored data.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
